Here’s What You Will Need:

1 package of Superior Select Great Lakes Walleye
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup red bell pepper cut into strips
1/2 cup sweet Vidalia onion cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
2 deli style sub buns
4 slices swiss cheese
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce

Here’s How You Do It:

Remove fish from the package, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper
In a large frypan add 3 Tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat
Coat fish in flour and shake off excess
Add fish to heated pan carefully letting it fall away from you
Reduce heat to medium and cook 4-5 minutes per side or until nicely browned and fish starts to flake apart
Once fish is flipped add the onions and peppers to cook in the pan and season them with the cajun seasoning
As fish finishes cooking, top with the onions and peppers and cheese to melt
Remove from the pan and serve on sub bun topped with condiments
