Sweet Orange & Black Garlic White Bass

Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
Ingredients
  • 1 package Superior White Bass
  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp minced black garlic
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your oven top 400F.
  2. Remove the fish from package, pat dry, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  5. Top fish with orange mixture and place on baking pan.
  6. Place on fish in oven and cook to guidelines on the package.
  7. Once fish is cooked through place on serving platters and serve with favorite side dishes.
  8. Place all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
  9. Serve cooked salmon on the side with a cold salad.
  10. If you prefer, you could do the salmon up ahead of time and chill down to serve with the salad.
