Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
Ingredients
- 1 package Superior White Bass
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp minced black garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven top 400F.
- Remove the fish from package, pat dry, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Top fish with orange mixture and place on baking pan.
- Place on fish in oven and cook to guidelines on the package.
- Once fish is cooked through place on serving platters and serve with favorite side dishes.
- Place all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
- Serve cooked salmon on the side with a cold salad.
- If you prefer, you could do the salmon up ahead of time and chill down to serve with the salad.
