Pineapple Teriyaki Yellow Perch

This Recipe Makes: 2 Generous Servings

Suggested Pairing: Chardonnay

Here’s How What You Will Need:

1 package Superior Yellow Perch

1/4 cup prepared Teriyaki sauce (thick consistency)

1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple

2 tbsp fresh sliced green onions

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

1 tbsp Chinese 5 Spice powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Extra virgin olive oil

Here’s How You Do It:

Pre-heat your oven to 400F.

Remove the fish from the package, pat dry with paper towel, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and add fish to coat evenly.

Pour all ingredients in a greased baking dish laying fish out evenly.

Bake until fish is cooked through and serve with rice and steamed vegetables, pour pan sauce over fish before service.
