Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
Ingredients
- 1 package Superior Yellow Perch
- 1/4 cup prepared Teriyaki sauce (thick consistency)
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 2 tbsp fresh sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Chinese 5 Spice powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Remove fish from package, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add fish to coat evenly.
- Pour all ingredients in a greased baking dish laying fish out evenly.
- Bake until fish is cooked through and serve with rice and steamed vegetables, pour pan sauce over fish before service.
Got leftovers? Blending a little oil and vinegar with teriyaki and pineapple makes a great salad dressing.
