Pineapple Teriyaki Yellow Perch

Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • 1 package Superior Yellow Perch
  • 1/4 cup prepared Teriyaki sauce (thick consistency)
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 tbsp fresh sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Chinese 5 Spice powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove fish from package, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add fish to coat evenly.
  4. Pour all ingredients in a greased baking dish laying fish out evenly.
  5. Bake until fish is cooked through and serve with rice and steamed vegetables, pour pan sauce over fish before service.

Got leftovers? Blending a little oil and vinegar with teriyaki and pineapple makes a great salad dressing.
