Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
Ingredients
- 1 package Superior Mahi Mahi
- 1/2 cup sweet BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
- 1 whole diced avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove fish from package, pat dry, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine BBQ and adobo sauce and paint over the fish portions and place the fish in the oven.
- Cook fish to cooking guidelines on package.
- When fish to cooking guidelines on package.
- When fish is cooked, break apart and place on the corn tortillas.
- Top with the salsa verde, diced avocado and any other toppings you desire and serve.
