Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • 1 package Superior Mahi Mahi
  • 1/2 cup sweet BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1 whole diced avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove fish from package, pat dry, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine BBQ and adobo sauce and paint over the fish portions and place the fish in the oven.
  4. Cook fish to cooking guidelines on package.
  5. When fish to cooking guidelines on package.
  6. When fish is cooked, break apart and place on the corn tortillas.
  7. Top with the salsa verde, diced avocado and any other toppings you desire and serve.
