Mahi Mahi Tacos

This Recipe Makes: 2 Generous Servings

Suggested Pairing: You can’t go wrong with an ice cold Corona or Margarita with this one!

Here’s How What You Will Need:

1 package Superior Mahi Mahi

1/2 cup sweet BBQ sauce

1 tbsp adobo sauce

6 corn tortillas

1/2 cup salsa verde

1 whole diced avocado

Salt and pepper to taste

Here’s How You Do It:

Pre-heat your oven to 400F.

Remove the fish from the package, pat dry with paper towel, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Combine BBQ and Adobo sauces and paint over the fish portions and place the fish in the oven.

Cook fish to cooking guidelines on package.

When fish is cooked, break apart and place on the corn tortillas.

Top with the salsa verde, diced avocado and any other toppings you desire and serve.
