Ingredients
- 1 package Superior Salmon
- 2 tbsp prepared lemon curd
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp fresh cut green onions
- 1/4 cup crushed macadamia nuts
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove fish from the package, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place fish on a greased baking sheet and top with lemon curd.
- In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and press onto the lemon coated fish.
- Bake in the oven until lightly browned and fish begins to flake (approximately 12-15 minutes).
- Serve with your favorite side dish!
