Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
Ingredients
- 1 package Superior White Bass
- 1 container of Founder’s Beer Cheese
- 1/2 cup diced smoked sausage
- 1/2 cup diced roasted peppers
- 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped canned jalapeno
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Remove the fish from the package, pat dry with paper towel, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place seasoned fish on a baking tray and cook following guidelines on the package.
- As fish is cooking place remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
- Once fish is cooked through place on serving platters and pour beer cheese mixture over top.
- Sprinkle a little extra fresh chopped parsley on the top and serve immediately.
