Founder’s Beer Cheese White Bass

Always cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • 1 package Superior White Bass
  • 1 container of Founder’s Beer Cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced smoked sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted peppers
  • 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. chopped canned jalapeno
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove the fish from the package, pat dry with paper towel, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place seasoned fish on a baking tray and cook following guidelines on the package.
  4. As fish is cooking place remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
  5. Once fish is cooked through place on serving platters and pour beer cheese mixture over top.
  6. Sprinkle a little extra fresh chopped parsley on the top and serve immediately.
