Cooking Instructions

Bake: Preheat conventional oven to 375°F. Place chicken wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 22-32 minutes, or until  and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Grill: Preheat grill on high heat. Place chicken breasts on grill, reduce heat to medium, and cover with lid to ensure even cooking. Grill for 8-10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Pan-Fried: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1-2 Tbsp of oil to the pan and swirl. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until seared and browned on both sides. Slightly lower the heat and cover cooking an additional 8-10 minutes until the  internal temperature reaches 165°F.
