Grill: Preheat your grill to high heat (about 400-450°F). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oil them to prevent sticking. Season kabobs with salt and pepper or your favorite herbs and spices. Place the seasoned kabobs on the grill and close the lid to ensure even cooking. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of the beef reaches 145°F.
Oven: Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Place kabobs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season them with salt and pepper or your preferred herbs and spices. Bake for 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through, or until internal temperature of the beef reaches 145°F.
