Grill: Preheat grill on high heat. Begin by grilling the bacon-wrapped sides. After the sides are cooked place the steaks on the grill, reduce heat to medium, and cover with lid. Cook to desired wellness or at least an internal temperature of 145°F.
Pan-Fried: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Begin by searing the bacon-wrapped sides. After the sides are cooked place the steaks in the skillet and cook until seared and browned halfway up the side. Flip and cook to desired wellness or at least an internal temperature of 145°F.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pork on a parchment-lined baking sheet and baked for 28-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
