Grill: Preheat your grill to high heat (about 400-450°F). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oil them to prevent sticking. Season burgers with salt and pepper. Place seasoned burgers on the grill, reduce heat to medium, and close the lid to ensure even cooking. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of the beef reaches 160°F.

Pan-fried: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season burgers with salt and pepper. Place seasoned burgers on the skillet, leaving space between each, and cook until they are seared and have browned halfway up the side (4-5 minutes). Flip and cook until burgers are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160°F.

Place seasoned burgers on the grill, reduce heat to medium, and close the lid to ensure even cooking. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of the beef reaches 160°F.

Pan-fried: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season burgers with salt and pepper. Working in batches place seasoned burgers on the skillet and smash dow so they are flat. Leave space between each, and cook until they are seared and have browned on one side (3-4 minutes). Flip and cook until burgers are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
