Chilean Sea Bass

Chilean sea bass has a rich, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. The moderately oily meat is tender and moist with large, thick flakes. Chilean sea bass has snow white meat that when cooked remains white, comparable in appearance to cod. It is an excellent fish for grilling. You van also poach, sauté, or smoke the meat.
