ATLANTIC SALMON BURGERS

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat conventional oven to 375°F.  Place the burgers in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature of the burgers reaches 165°F.

Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oil them to prevent sticking. Place the burgers directly on the grill grates and close the grill lid to ensure even cooking. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature of the fish reaches 165°F.

Pan-Seared: Add oil to a non-stick pan or cast iron skillet.  Heat the pan to medium-high heat.  Place the burgers in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.  Internal temperature of the burgers needs to reach 165°F.
