Cooking Instructions & Serving Suggestions

Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

Thaw Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. For quicker thawing, place sealed package in cold water for 1–2 hours, changing water every 30 minutes. Cook immediately after thawing.

Cooking Instructions:
Bake: Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Place chicken wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place wings in a single layer and cook for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (375–400°F). Grill wings for 18–22 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving Suggestions:
For more buffalo style flavor, toss in a bowl with a buffalo sauce.  Prepare sauce by melting 2 tablespoons butter and mix with a 1/4 cup hot sauce.  Pour over wings in a bowl and toss.

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.

KC BBQ Chicken Wings

Thaw Instructions:

KOREAN BBQ STYLE CHICKEN THIGHS

Thaw Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. For quicker thawing, place sealed package in cold water for 1–2 hours, changing water every 30 minutes. Cook immediately after thawing.

Cooking Instructions
Bake: Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Place chicken wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once, until and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place thighs in a single layer and cook for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (375–400°F). Grill chicken thighs for 14–18 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve over rice or noodles with grilled vegetables. For additional Korean BBQ flavor, drizzle thighs with gochujang or soy glaze.

GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS

Thaw Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. For quicker thawing, place sealed package in cold water for 1–2 hours, changing water every 30 minutes. Cook immediately after thawing.

Cooking Instructions
Bake: Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Place chicken wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 22-26 minutes, turning once, until and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place thighs in a single layer and cook for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (375–400°F). Grill chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with pasta, rice, or seasonal vegetable. Excellent when topped with extra Parmesan and a drizzle of garlic butter.
