Sweet Orange and Black Garlic White Bass

This Recipe Makes: 2 Generous Servings

Suggested Pairing: A crisp Fume Blanc

Here’s How What You Will Need:

1 package Superior White Bass

2 tbsp orange marmalade

2 tbsp minced black garlic

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Here’s How You Do It:

Pre-heat your oven top 400F.

Remove the fish from package, pat dry, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Top fish with orange mixture and place on baking pan.

Place on fish in oven and cook to guidelines on the package.

Once fish is cooked through place on serving platters and serve with favorite side dishes.
