Cooking Instructions

Always cook raw fish to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Bake: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Remove from package, pat dry, season and place on greased baking dish. Bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes apart and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

 

Broiled: Pre-heat boiler. Remove from package, pat dry, season and place on a greased baking dish. Place under the broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes apart and reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
