Grilled Swordfish with Caper and Peppadew
This Recipe Makes: 2 Generous Servings
Suggested Pairing: A chardonnay with notes of pear
Here’s What You Will Need:
1 package Superior Swordfish
3 tbsp capers
2 tbsp chopped peppadew peppers
1 tsp fresh chopped chive
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp diced shallot
Salt and pepper to taste
Here’s How You Do It:
Pre-heat your oven top to 400F.
Remove the fish from package, pat dry, rub with the extra virgin olive oil and season with the salt and pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside.
Place fish in oven and cook to guidelines on the package.
Once fish is cooked, place on serving platters and top with caper and peppadew mixture.
