Founder’s Beer Cheese White Bass

This Recipe Makes: 2 Generous Servings

Suggested Pairing: A well rounded IPA

Here’s How What You Will Need:

1 package Superior White Bass

1 container of Founder’s Beer Cheese

1/2 cup diced smoked sausage

1/2 cup diced roasted peppers

2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

2 tbsp. chopped canned jalapeno

Salt and pepper to taste

Extra virgin olive oil

Here’s How You Do It:

Pre-heat your oven to 400F.

Remove the fish from the package, pat dry with paper towel, rub with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place seasoned fish on a baking tray and cook following guidelines on the package.

As fish is cooking place remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

Once fish is cooked through place on serving platters and pour beer cheese mixture over top.

Sprinkle a little extra fresh chopped parsley on the top and serve immediately.
