Bacon Wrapped Petite Sirloin Steaks with Buffalo Shrimp Butter

This Recipe Makes: 4 Servings

Approximate Cook and Prep Time: 20-30 minutes

Here’s What You Will Need:

4 River City Meats Bacon Wrapped Sirloins
8 oz. good quality salted butter, softened
3 oz. blue cheese crumbles
4 oz. cooked and diced shrimp
1 Tablespoon Franks Hot Sauce
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh green onions

Here’s How You Do It:

Cooking the Sirloins:
Follow grilling instructions for steaks on package
While steaks are grilling, add remaining ingredients to softened butter and mix
Roll butter mixture into a small log and wrap in plastic wrap
Quickly chill in freezer until butter starts to firm up
Once steaks are finishing on the grill, remove plastic wrap from butter and place 4 equal portions on the steaks and let start to melt
Serve with favorite side dish and enjoy
